We are sorry you don’t love your item! Let’s fix that!

We offer 10 days to exchange an item or receive store credit with a receipt.

We do not accept gift card returns for cash & sale items are FINAL!

The item you are bringing back must be unused and in the same condition that you bought it at Loft 106 with all tags attached, in order to refund or exchange. 

For hygienic reasons and the nature of some types of items will under no circumstances be eligible for exchange. These types of goods include: lingerie, soaps, beauty products, candles, earrings and other types of jewellery, hair product and accessories etc.
